The below Terms and Conditions specify the principles which apply to the execution of transactions in the deenok shop at deenok (former donicesky.com and gelaskins.pl). By placing an order (either by website or by phone) you constitute your acceptance of our conditions.
The DoNiceSky Online Shop, available at deenok.com, is run by: W Dobrym Stylu Maksymilian Dunajski with its registered office in Gietrzwałd, ul.Spacerowa 8, 11-036 Gietrzwałd, entered at the Register of Business Activity kept by Gmina Gietrzwałd at No. 939. NIP No.:PL7393345388, Regon No.: 519550486.
All Goods presented through the Online Shop are brand new, free of physical and legal defects. All product names, logos, and brands used at website are property of their respective owners and are used for imformation puproses only.
Prices of goods
The prices for all the Goods presented in the online shop are inclusive of the 23% VAT (we make VAT Invoice if requested). The final price of goods is presented at the moment of placing the order. The Seller reserves the right for changing the price of goods presented at the Online Shop, to introduce new goods and to introduce, change and withdraw special limited-time offers.
Concluding a sale agreement and processing orders
The DoNiceSky Online Shop executes transactions at deenok.com. Upon confirmation by the Seller of the acceptance of the Customer’s Order for completion, an agreement for the sale of products is executed. The data necessary to provide to complete the Order are e-mail address and phone number, needed for verification of the Order.
The time of processing order is presented next to given good. The time of processing is counted from the moment when the payment for the order is made to the time of products dispatch to the Customer. If the time of processing the order would extend the time presented at placing the order, you will be informed via e-mail. Sundays, holidays and public holidays are not included into the order completion time.
Delivery of ordered products
The delivery is completed via the Supplier – InPost or Polish Post. The shipment of products via InPost is completed within 1-2 business days, via Polish Post within 2-4 business day (piority registered letter). For futher information check delivery details.
Forms of payment
The payment for the products and the costs of delivering the products may be made according to the below options:
1. credit card/bank transfer by means of the DotPay website. The Seller has no access to the data regarding your transaction with DotPay. If the transaction did not complete due to any reasons, your payment will return to DotPay and then to your bank account.

Returns/Rescission of the Contract of Sale
The Customer, who concluded the Contract of Sale, may within 15 days rescind the Contract of Sale without giving any reasons. The Customer exercising the right of rescission shall return the complete Product to the Seller at: W Dobrym Stylu,ul.Spacerowa 8, 11-036 Gietrzwałd, together with original receipt or copy of Vat Invoice. The return will be accepted if the Product will not bear traces of use (accept when the condition of the Product is changed due to the scope of ordinary menagement). The Seller shall return the amount due for the Products returned by the Customer to the Customer within 14 days from the day of receiving the Products being returned by bank transfer to bank account indicated by the Customer.
The right to withdraw from the agreement is not granted to the consumer in case when the Product is a non-fabricated item produced according to the consumer’s specification or one used to meet their individual needs, nor to Customers that are entrepreneurs.
The Customer must bear the direct costs of returning the Products, i.e. packing and shipping costs. The statement may be submitted on the form, the template of which is provided by the Seller on the Shop Website.
Complaints about Products
Any complaints related to the Product(s) or performance of the Contract of Sale may be submitted by the Customer at W Dobrym Stylu, ul. Spacerowa 8, 11-036 Gietrzwałd. Complain should include the Product (s) the Customer is complaining at, description of the product(s) faults and Customers expectations. Information about returning thr Product at the expense of the Seller is available on phone numer: 600 005 017 or e-mail address: email@example.com.
The complaint about Products shall be considered within 30 days from the day of receiving the Product(s) being complained at, or from the contact with Online Shop stuff.
He right to withdraw from the agreement is not granted to the consumer in case when the Product was mechanically damaged. Before collecting your courier parcel check for any mechanical damages of the package. If you notice any damages, you should not accept the parcel and you should fill damage notification form and contact Online Shop stuff. We advise careful chaecking of the parcel at colletion in case of damages.
Personal data protection
By registering in the Shop, the Customer consents to the collecting and processing by the Seller personal data given in the form within the meaning of the Act of 29 August 1997 about the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002 no. 101, item 926, as amended) exclusively to carry out orders.The Seller shall protect the transferred personal data and shall make every effort to secure them against unauthorised access or use.
The set of personal data provided to the Seller shall be reported by the Seller to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection. W Dobrym Stylu is the controller of the Customer personal data.
For all and any matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions in relation to Customers, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code and other acts, and the act of 30 May 2014 on the rights of consumers. These Terms and Conditions must be interpreted in conformity with the provisions of law in force.
