Shipping costs and delivery methods

All products ordered in our store are carefully packed so that they reach you quickly and safely. Because we produce custom products in our studio, the description of each product contains information about the time of shipment, which specifies estimated time from receiving the payment for orders to dispatching the products.

Delivery

  • The courier delivers international parcels usually on within 5-7 business days from dispatching. When DPD scans your package at our HQ, you'll receive email with your tracking information.
  • The delivers in Poland usually supplied on the next business day after dispatching. As soon as InPost scans your package at our HQ, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking information. Packages are delivered from 8am to 7pm.
  • Priority registered letter is delivered within 1-3 business days from dispatching. There is no parcel tracing available for Polish Post. Remember: the parcel must be picked up in Post Office within 7 business days from receiving attempted delivery notice. After this period, the parcel is returned to the sender.

Payment methods

In the store you can pay by bank transfer or Przelewy24 (non-commission payment). You can use credit card or Internet bank transfer. The transfer via Przelewy24 is carried out immediately. All forms of payment have the highest security standards for the best security of your personal data.

Bank transfer

You pay for the ordered goods with a traditional bank transfer to the store's account. At the time of receiving the transfer and collecting the order, they are immediately sent to the address indicated in the order. For identification of your payment please enter the order number in the transfer title, which you will receive in the e-mail with order confirmation.

Credit card

After confirming the order and selecting the payment by credit card, you will be transferred to the page of the secure payment card authorization system, where by filling in your form the card will be charged with the payment. The supported cards are so-called embossed (credit card or charge card) VISA and Master Card.

PayPal

After logging into the PayPal system, you pay your dues safely and comfortably with few clicks, no additional fees. A global system with great reputation guarantees the highest level of security.

Online payment
