Execution of our products

Manufacturing time

We do everything to ensure that our products reach you as quickly as possible. Since we produce everything specifically for your order, you should be aware that the delivery time may slightly extend in extreme cases. If you wish to order a larger quantity, please contact us in advance to arrange the delivery date and time.

HardCase & ToughCase

To create the casing, we first need to prepare a design using Adobe Illustrator. Then, we print it on a six-color photo printer using ArTainium™ inks for the best color reproduction and deep blacks. After printing, the finished design is allowed to dry on a special film in a chamber at 60°C for at least 6 hours. Only after completing all these steps, we proceed to manufacture the casing for you.

Graphic Skins

We print all our skins on the world's best 3M film using a state-of-the-art printer worth $195,000, equipped with two of the latest piezoelectric print heads capable of achieving photorealistic resolution of 1440 x 1440 dpi. To ensure the highest quality, the print is left to dry for 24 hours, and then the skin is laminated with the best-in-market matte or glossy 3M laminate. Afterward, it undergoes ultra-precise cutting on a $46,000 flatbed plotter.

Structural & Transparent Skins

We exclusively use the world's best 3M film for the production of all our textured skins. After your purchase, we select the film roll with the color of the skin you chose, load it onto the plotter, and perform an ultra-precise cutting process. With the use of the top-of-the-line film and a $46,000 plotter, you can rest assured that you will receive an ultra-durable skin precisely tailored to your device, with a precision of up to 0.06 mm.

Laminated stickers

Just like with our graphic skins, we print stickers at the highest resolution of 1440 x 1440 dpi. To ensure durability, the prints dry for 24 hours, after which the stickers undergo lamination with either matte or glossy laminate, making them resistant to various weather conditions, scratches, and fading. In the final production stage, they are ultra-precisely cut using a $28,000 plotter. That's why our stickers rock! If you wish to order a larger quantity, please contact us in advance to determine the exact delivery time.

Mugs and mouse pads

We produce accessories using sublimation technology, and they are custom-made for your order. To meet the highest quality standards, we use a four-color sublimation printer and premium Sublisplash® toners for printing. After 6 hours and thorough drying, the prints are heat-transferred onto mugs and coasters using a high-temperature press. This process ensures the longevity and vibrant appearance of the accessories.

Differences in colors

If you received a product and the colors appear different from what you saw on the screen, it is because your monitor/screen displays colors in the RGB color space, while the color palette used for printing is in the CMYK color space. In simple terms, your screen emits colors in RGB, while the print is in CMYK, physically applied to a specific medium like film, and it will never be identical. For more information about the color differences, you can find it here.
